Responsibilities
• Managing medium to large scale project beginning to end, with skills in requirement study and functional/detail design, QA, testing, and change management/version control management.
• Responsible for requirements gathering, preparation of technical and functional specifications, participate in SIT/UAT.
• In-house development in several of the following technologies or programming languages used at C#.NET, Java, and C++.
Requirement
• Hands on experience in .NET Framework 3.5/4.0, and C#.Net.
• Strong knowledge in database (MS SQL Server 2005/2008/Oracle).
• WCF/Web Services, XML/XPath/XSD.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
Junior Network Engineer M/F (10) Posts
Responsibilities
• Provide 1st level of support and troubleshooting on IT related problems/request enquiries via phone, remote access, email.
• Perform operation tasks like monitoring management, fault management, incident management, troubleshooting of recurring issues and configuration of change management.
• Working with project team members closely to complete tasks assigned accordingly to the deadlines given
• Must be self-motivated, a team player and demonstrate effective learning skills
• Coordinate the schedule site visits of related support engineers.
• Able to work shift duty in network operation when necessary.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN network, involving devices such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and WAN optimization.
• Experience and managing of helpdesk support in implementation of project or maintenance and operation of networks.
• Knowledge and experience maintaining WAN involving a metro fiber, E1 fiber, ADSL and IP star Satellite connectivity.
• Knowledge in managing Network management tools such as HP Openview, Solarwind and Nagios monitoring system.
• Hand on Experience in configuration of Cisco Router/switches and WatchGuard Firewall is highly preferably.
• Fresh graduates are warmly welcome and will provide the technical/operation training.
• Preferably has CCNA certification.
- All positions are 3 years contract.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
